From time to time we like to remind our clients about the additional services we provide.
The most commonly requested service is stopping the company brochures and annual reports that
continue to fill your mail boxes at your home or business. This is a simple process.
As soon as you notify us by phone, fax, email, or letter, we will have a form in the mail to you,
made out for your signature, with an SASE.

When TD Ameritrade receives your request, a stoppage of
bulk mail will be placed upon your account and the unneeded reports will cease. Your monthly statement
and the trade confirmations will be all that you’ll receive from that time on. Each account needs one
form and joint accounts require both signatures. This procedure takes effect in approximately
10-12 business days. If for any reason they continue to
show up in your mailbox, please let us know and we will place another request for you.
